Excellent stay

The place is clean and smells good. Very good furniture and bedding. No channels for kids.

It was a very exciting stay

For a 5-star, it’s a bit run down and lacks all sorts of the comforts. The bed was creaky and there was a lot of noise. They forgot to replace coffee and milk in the morning and towels. When I would mention the noise they upgraded my room but it was still a bit noisy (though less so), however the service still wasn’t great.

The hotel has a lovely view of Union buildings in a part of the city that used to be in a much better condition and safer, currently, the surrounding area does not match the luxury of this property but it is central to many things and it easy to get to other places in Pretoria. The hotel is grand if dated, but very clean and comfortable. Rooms are spacious and very pleasant overall and Breakfast is decent, but not the most practical setup as there is no water, glasses for juices are on your table as are small flat plates required for certain stuff like bread and pastries. Also Breakfast service is slow and the hostess tells you where you should sit rather than ask you where you want to sit. It was one night, serves its purposes and a very pleasant experience nonetheless.

Very old hotel! Not meet the image of the brand name! Have to change three counters to get check in! Dark and old, feel like want back to 70’s. Decided not to stay and go back to Johannesburg the same day!

Amazing beautiful hotel.It is my favourite place to relax and chill.very welcoming,excellent staff and service celebrated my birthday here and will come back again and again .Thumbs up to the staff and management,what an excellent team xxx

The place is very comfortable, clean and accurate information transparent to every one. I wish I 'll always visit this hotel.
