CT Hotel

Still a good hotel , very quite and peaceful even though it’s in town. Good food and great staff. Just the pool area cushions needs re do.

Fulfilling

Had high expectations of this hotel but they were, maybe, too high. I arrived for a late check in and there were staff at the reception desk talking. I waited fifteen minutes before anyone spoke to me and then ten more for someone to check me into the room. While there was an upgraded room for the trouble, the room had broken equipment inside. I'm grateful that I had a place to lay my head for a night but happy that it was only for one night. I never felt welcomed. I hope I just I caught them on a rough night. I don't know if I'll be able to visit South Africa after this coronavirus scare, but I'm willing to talk with anyone to improve it's condition.

The hotel is very well appointed and the staff are lovely people. Unfortunately although the food was good their stocking system is poor. They ran out of wine,beer and sometimes our order did not appear. On the other hand we needed some assistance for a purchase and they took us down to the shops. Probably has the best location in Pretoria.
