W杯期間中ということもあったかもしれませんが簡単な英語しか話せずとも翻訳機を使ったりして臨機応変かつ、丁寧に対応して頂きました。チェックアウト後の荷物預かり受け取りもスムーズに対応して頂けました。

サービス、客室、ロケーション、良かったのですが2階トイレの鍵が壊れていました。それ以外は特に問題なく快適に過ごしました！

I liked the location as well as the elevator lobby.

The bedding smelled musty. The toilet tank had a crack in it and was patched, which made it look tacky. The cable in the bedroom didn’t work due to the cable line not being connected to the wall. I tried to reconnect but the cable wouldn’t connect.
