They didn’t make our beds during the weekend or even clean the room

Comfy beds and location was good.

The area is bad and the building/inside is quite outdated.

Location is fantastic I love historic buildings and this needs to be restored to show off its history some original parts are still there around the lifts but the early 90s modifications are ugly and dated such a big heart felt shame I hope someone saves this beautiful building back to the original look

I’m a big traveller open to most things like the bathroom may be dated or the outside of the windows may be dusty Now sadly night we were packing to leave this room which did feel dusty I could see the air con vent was pretty yucky, we moved bed to see if anything had fallen down and we found mould lots of mould I told front desk he said I can move you but by now had all our belongings everywhere and we’re checking out early AM I do hope that they fix this for future guests it may only be I some rooms but it really does need a good carpet replacement and dusting I hope this hotel gets the love it deserves

The location is about the only thing I liked.

The first room I was given was very dirty so had to be moved rooms. The next room I got moved to was very dirty also. But stayed in the room. No house keeping was provided during the stay. Some of the staff on the desk were so rude. Some were very nice.
