If you want in the heart of the city? Absolutely. The reviews mentioned slow valets but that was not the case. It was quick. Bedding and towels were clean and sanitized.

IT WAS HOT IN THE ROOM. Literally sweat dripping down my face HOT. Ridiculously hot, could not sleep due to the heat. The carpet was damp due to the humid wet heat in the rooms. The windows were FILTHY! See pic below to reflect a pic of the windows from the double room. The suites windows were filthy too but less filthy.

Hotel seemed to be in a good location to get to places I wanted to visit in the city. Short walk to light rail station and food hall across the street but most places closed on the early side.

Pictures are misleading it’s not very nice but with major updates it can have potential. Lobby looks nice when initially entering but has a weird musty odor. Arrived at 8:30 pm later than I anticipated to check in the streets outside were deserted except for a few unsavory individuals and I did not feel safe walking few blocks from light rail. After checking in I placed in a suite. The room was huge but lock and deadbolt in poor repair not sure they were in working order which made me uneasy. Throughout 3 night stay the room was sweltering and AC did not work at all was extremely humid in room and uncomfortable. Considered packing up and relocating but did not want the expense so survived as best I could. Went out and purchased a fan the last day which is the only reason I survived my stay. Not enough towels or TP provided and toilet clogged first day had to call maintenance who came with a plunger. Do not recommend this hotel.
