Room smelled like cigarettes. Very shady place. There was a bar of soap on the floor when I checked into my room

Close to Children's hospital, Maverick gas stain & interstate

Had a hard time getting in my room because of the door being broken and not functioningproperly. No deadbolt lock for safety. The people stomping around upstairs and moving furniture all night and day. Feeling like they were going to crash through the ceiling and because there No security i felt complaining would jeopardize my safety. With the amount of aggressive behavior and stomping, slamming, jumping and falling going on upstairs. . The mattress was stained really bad and smelled. It looked like someone was laying on the bed before I got there and wasn't made properly. There was someone else's trash in the trashcan. The soap was out of the package and looked used. It looked like a used rag was on top of it. The stove looked like a fire hazard and the knobs were burned. From past used. The only real convenience of the facility is location and price. My step son is at children's getting treatment it was close but I think I'll pay more for safety and cleanliness next time we're down for treatment. The day staff was kind and great the night time staff was nice but felt like I woke her up and inconvenienced her.

Location to the highway good location to food good location to gas good location to grocery store. Good fast access to get to activities.

Daytime noise level a little high nighttime OK

Very accommodating and provided an emergency shelter when I needed it the most.
