It's not so much bad on weeknights but the type of people that come around on weekends would be more of opposite of a rocket scientist is the best way I can describe it without sounding bad and making my own self look bad , I've seen the police three times in the week I was there for certain younger people not acting right if you know what I mean

Close to eateries and public transportation. Staff is great and very friendly

Convenient, clean, & comfortable. I'll probably stay here when I come back to Baton Rouge. This place appears to cater to the longer-term crowd, with a big frig and kitchenette, so you can't expect amenities like free ice or breakfast pastries. Only annoyance was slow wifi, but not so slow as to be a deal-breaker.

The room was nice, but when food was brought in, there were tons of roaches. Comfortable bed with plenty of warm covers, good heater, and nice hot water. One burner on the stove didn't work and the one that worked didn't get real hot. It was difficult making the dish I was taking to work for the Christmas Eve pot luck. There were no dishes so I had to buy plastic utensils and paper plates. If you just want a place to sleep, you can get a room cheaper at another facility. If you need a place for an extended stay with kitchen, rent something a little higher priced or make sure that they bring the room up to whatever standards you desire.

There were roaches

My family and I arrived on a Saturday after a day of moving. I didn't expect much from the hotel, just a clean, safe place to take a shower and lay my head for the next two week until my house was ready. when I walked in there was a roach crawling on the floor and two were on the wall, my husband killed them and told me they were probably from the room not being in use for some time and the wet weather wasn't making it any better. After taking a shower and getting ready for bed my 16 year old went to do the same and upon walking into the bathroom, there were so many roaches crawling on the shower, curtain, toilet, sink everywhere. I went to request a refund but no refunds are given so I was told someone would come to spray in the morning. My husband had to go get 7 foggers for the room which caused us to have to sleep in our cars over night. We could not afford to loose $654.00 and pay for another hotel. We managed to stay out of the hotel all day after that and only came at night to sleep. The foggers did work, but I had to clean up the room and sanitize it before we could use it. I would never stay at this hotel again unless I have no other choice which was the case this time. there was always prostitutes hanging around and a lot of drug activity.

If you are looking for a studio like hotel. This is the place. Full fridge. 2 range stove top. Sink. Cabinet space. Very homey. Absolutely love it.

It was horrible

The rooms were poorly cleaned,the manager was rude, and the roaches wldnt let me get comfortable..! I promise you the next hotel I notice pet friendly you can keep it, ion wanna sleep with the last rental fleas.

I've been here 1 day. I already want to leave. The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. There were stray hairs everywhere around the room. The sheets have cigarette burns in them. The towels were stained. The smoke detector was literally hanging by a bunch of wires. I also found a McDonalds bag with old hamburgers and God-knows what else inside the microwave. The floors feel sticky. It's just a generally icky place. When I brought it to the attention of the staff, they seem like they just don't care. Note in the photos: 1) A smoke detector hanging by the wiring 2) A hair hanging off the mirror 3) Stains on the wall 4) The nasty stained towel they provided.
