Roaches !!!! Roaches EVERYWHERE canr even eat without them coming out WORST PLACE EVER !

The customer service was good but the the microwave didn’t work the stove took forever to get hot and the roaches were everywhere

Check in has gotten better. Rooms are infested with roaches! I mentioned this to manager some time ago, yet the problem still exists.

Refuse to comment on my unpleasant stay at that location

Dont get me wrong, the rooms are 3 out of 5 , these are good if your saving your perdiem or if you need a cheap place to stay and save your money. Its not a hotel its a studio home, rooms get cleaned once a week and no breakfast. Thats why the price is just right. I liked it but just minor issues, some people are dirty and bring roaches, smoke in non smoking rooms. So if you stay believe me its cool just look at the room first and after any day if your not comfortable in your room for any of the things I stated just ask the front desk before 10 am and they will find you something better. Again this place stays full year round because of the price and all people stay here. FYI

Cockroaches and bedbugs

The room toliet didn’t flush. The door to the room would not open.

You get one toilet paper a week?? I had to clean the room because it was nasty. When i checked in.. The counter tops had dried stuff on them.. Holes in the blanket.. Not a good stay..

Roachs invested dirtiest room ever..smell of marijuana in the room...loud guest next door..and did i say Roaches everywhere..

We made it work because it was prepaid and booked through Expedia. My plan is to not Ever have to stay on facilities like that again. The first room that I was given reeked of cigarette smoke and roaches were crawling in the bathroom. I called the front desk and the nice young lady changed our room. The second room was better than the first but still very dirty (crud in the shower, on the doors and walls) and the roaches waited till the day of checkout to reveal themselves. Sigh*
