Roaches in room, no pillows in our room and it took forever to get some. Paid online and the lady working overbooked almost didnt get a room and the air conditioner didnt work

This is my second time staying here just amazing

Hotel was infested with roaches & the manger ( Melissa) had a HORRIBLE attitude

Staff were especially friendly. It was clear that this facility is well-kept because even the 'hidden - out off the way' areas were cleaned!

Bed spread had cigarette holes in it. Hotel needs to be cleaned and painted. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable.

I wouldn’t recommend you staying there

It was close to the area i was visiting. Not alot of traffic

We went to a concert so we dropped our bags off and left to go to the concert came back at 2 a.m. and found roaches everywhere. Our toilet backed up when running water in sink and shower. Left there immediately and will be calling in the morning for a refund.

Well to me everything was on point the staff was very friendly to me and my guest. It was well lit at night, security was in site at night and that was wonderful. All and all i had a great time and next event we have in Baton Rouge i will book you again

Perhaps one should not expect much for $40, but there are standards. Check-in involved initialing & signing a 2-page liability/penalties waiver (which should've been the first clue that this place experiences A LOT of damage). The room was merely adequate. It smelled musty/moldy; we bought a bottle of Fabreze & used half of it before the room was OK to use. The room had no phone, so if you needed the front desk, you had to walk over. The bed had a bedspread replete with multiple cigarette burns (despite the waiver insisting on no smoking). The bedsheets had stains on them, which we could only hope had survived washing. The toilet was not seated to the floor properly and thus rocked every time it was used. The flushing sound was amazingly LOUD, as was the ac. (Only good thing was, with all that noise in the room, we could not hear the big storm outside that night.) A lot of sketchy people hung around outside our room & talked loudly past 10pm. We couldn't complain because that would involve getting dressed, walking thru the sketchy people, & then walking to to get to the front desk as there was no in-room phone. Best thing about the place aside from the price was its location, which was 5-8 minutes from where we needed to be the next day.
