Room was cancelled prior to arrival, after driving 9hrs and pre-paying for a 1 night stay. I WILL NOT BE USING HOTELS.COM at ANYTIME EVER AGAIN. HOTELS.com is a poorly run reservation platform. Hotels.com calls are directed to Manila and nothing but IDIOTS

This was the Most Nasty, Roach infestations that I have ever seen! This place needs to be CLOSED DOWN!! My son had to have emergency knee surgery from an college football injury!! All the others were Sold out,,, I wouldn’t let a Fly stay there! They wouldn’t give me back a refund after I realized how Bad this place was, terrible hotel and management

When we got there and went to the lobby to check in there was a lock on the door where you had to be buzzed in. Checked in, paid cash and got our room key. Left the lobby to go to our room. We walked in, opened the refrigerator to see live roaches run! Started looking around more and there were roaches dead and alive everywhere. No way We were staying in there. Called hotels.com and told them, was asked if I have evidence of the roaches..I Immediately started taking pictures and video of the bugs crawling everywhere. immediately started taking pictures and video of the bugs crawling everywhereHotels rep calls the front desk to see if I can just check out and get my money, manager won’t be in till 8am. I got turn my key in at the desk and leave. Hotels calls the next morning to tell me the manager is still not in. I called the hotel got the ast. Manager on the phone. She said to come up to the hotel. So I get there she says my refund will be back on my card in 3-5 days I said no ma’am I paid cash. So now she needs 30 minutes to figures out what to do. Long long story kinda short we got our money back! But don’t stay at this place, don’t book this place and hotels.com should remove this place from their site! This is the hotel that all the low life drug addicts and prostitutes LIVE!!

The pictures you see here on travelocity are way better than what we experienced. To start off, we got our keys and went to go to our room and the door was locked from the inside, which we thought was weird. As I am going back to the desk, two people who weren’t even staying at the hotel just so happened to be enjoying a free time there. We had to wait 20 minutes in the lobby for our room to be prepped or we had to get a different room. We thought nothing of it and let the cleaning service do their thing. Once we got access, the bed was rickety, the sheets and comforter barely were small, the floor was sticky to where my shoes stuck to if, the furniture was broken, the bathroom looked disgusting and shower curtain was yellow stained. Oh yeah and the door wouldn’t latch properly unless you put the door lock up so anyone could have had access. Needless to say we grabbed our things and found another hotel. Prices were cheap but you literally pay for what you get. I wouldn’t recommended this to my worst enemy.

This was easily the worst place I've ever stayed at. Roach infestation there I couldn't even stay more than an hour. I should have noticed something was up when I smelled bleach in the room the second I walked in. It's either a murder just occurred or it bugs. I was hoping it was murder instead... On the surface, nothing seemed too off, but that's because I had the lights on and when I went into the bathroom and flicked the lights on that's when I noticed they were all crawling around on the floor. It was disgusting. I proceeded to move all my bags to the car to prevent infestation of my belongings. I come back to the room and then find them crawling around near the bed and I left and found a Marriott hotel nearby. This place should be lit on fire and burned to the ground. The hotel puts up fake reviews to boost their score. Don't believe it.

The sheets had cigarettes holes. The bath towels was all messed up, cigarettes ashes in the toilet. Tissue role broke

It was terrible and I already submitted a review about it.

People everywhere outside late at night. We didn’t feel safe. People smoking, walking around, sitting outside rooms and our key didn’t work and the worker told us they would fix it in the morning so we couldn’t even leave our room. Only one small mirror in bathroom and plugs didn’t work.

This hotel redefines the term “Roach Motel.” Upon check-in the room had roaches crawling on the walls, floors and beds. I went to the front desk and requested another room. I was told by the clerk that she or the manager would be there very shortly; neither showed up. We packed our bags and move to another hotel; not an easy thing to do and quite expensive given the lack of availability with the LSU game. In summary, literally the worst hotel I’ve ever been in; and I’ve traveled the world.

i was unable to stay due to an emergency and was denied a refund because of it. They got my money and I’m sure they booked that room again due to the cancellation.
