Microwave needs to be cleaned

Good experience. Quick and easy check-in and the staff was excellent, polite and always had a smile on their faces.

The stay at this hotel was horrible there were cockroaches all over the room to microwave did not work they never cleaned a room once they never emptied our trash when they never even asked if we were doing well we had to go down to the front desk to get cleaned house had to go to the front desk to get a new trash bag I put on let them know I'm microwave did not work and that they had a bug infestation going on and I'm reporting into the house apartment that is a health hazard and only that I got home and a bug crawled out of my makeup so I am so disgusted with the hotel and I believe that they have bed bugs too

Rooms are horrible and nasty

My stay here was great. The staff here really made up for there mistakes and i felt like they cared about me as well.

There were roaches crawling everywhere I even woke up to one crawling on me. Asked front desk for a pillow for the friend I was with and never got it worst experience I've had

Yall have get more lighting on the outside , to dark . And the people yall let hang out there and they have room there , just think of a female coming in at night and you have guys outside talking , smoking , its just a bad look , i will never come back or tell anyone to book a room there , you gotta police your place better than that. I had book 2 nights there , i wanted my money back so bad

Assigned room had bed turned back, wet towels on bed and tv on. 2nd room assigned, had bedbugs and blood stained sheets. We decided not to check in! Yikes!!!

The property looked nice from the outside. My door looked like it had been previously kicked in. I had a non-smoking room but reeked of smoke. The smell stuck to my clothes that I slept in until I got home the following night and unpacked. My key suddenly stopped working and the lady working in the office had to reset it and was very nice about it. There was also strangers knocking on my door around 3-4 in the morning.

It was a roach motel I came in sat my personal belongings on the table and critters were crawling on the floor I go to the bathroom roaches are in the shower on the walls. It was the worst experience/ motel I've ever had and I won't ever go back. I actually want a refund
