Nothing. There were roaches everywhere. The laundry room and elevator availability was pathetic. Noisy and suspicious people were always on the stairs and grounds..CREEPY

"I was put in an occupied room...."

I wasnt even able to stay at this location. I got to the hotel right at 11pm for check in as I was coming straight from work. The person at the desk was running out the door to leave but did stop to help me. She checked me in and gave me keys but immediately left the premises. I went to my room and walked in only to find the room was already accommodated by another tenant. After being completely embarrassed and flabbergasted I apologized for the office's mistake and returned to try to sort everything out. There was no one there to accommodate me. Everyone had gone home. Even the 2 security guards there told me they had no contact information for anyone in case if an emergency so there was no one to help me. So even after paying for my room I was forced to try to find another room for the night. I ended up having to go somewhere and paid almost double just for a few hours. I am being reimbursed for the room but I have to 5-10 business days which is quite an inconvenience considering how much money i lost out on that night. It was very frustrating. this hotel is very unorganized and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Upon arrival to the hotel I was told the room may need to be cleaned. I said okay because I would be gone for a good while, and that she was putting us in room 107 and that was at 4:30. When I returned and finally went into the room there was disgustingly nasty. The key didn't work so security had to open the door and he discovered there was roach spray covering the floors with dead roaches everywhere. The lady who was at the front desk wasn't able to do much besides apologize and clean the floor and change the linen which I had to reclean with Clorox. Between the smell, unclean room and roaches it was unfit to dwell. So I and my ill husband checked out and had to seek other living arrangements. I want a full refund from the time of check in and all days unused. After speaking with the manager Melissa on Sunday 3/10/19 I was told she would ensure I'm refunded for my full reservation. I followed up with her on Monday and was told corporate approved my refund. At that point she took my email address and my last 4 of credit card and was to email me confirmation. I gave several follow up calls all week and each time was told either "I'm going to check on it" or "I'm going to email you". Then my last call on Thursday she said "I'm too busy for this she's going to have to call me back later". I arrived on Saturday 3/16/19 and was informed no refund was processed for me and that Melissa wouldn't be back until Monday. I have had it with the run around behind my money.

I have to give a horrible rating. I couldn’t check in because the hotel said my stay was from March 1-2, when my actual stay was supposed to be from March 3-4. My booking information had the correct information, not sure where they got their information, but me, my husband, and 2 year old had to go and find another room to stay for the night. We did find a room across but still when you get to a room you expect them to have your reservation, not to be told they have the incorrect reservation information and no rooms available.

My name is John and I was the one who stayed in the above room not Bill, who was in the Lady of the Lakes Hospital, and he paid for the room. We went on hotels.com from the hospital and picked this hotel because of a special. I arrived late about 9:00 pm and I was very tired, when I arrived at the room, my first complaint was there were no pillow cases on the two pillows. Then the person next door and several friends over for drinks and were having them on the balcony outside our rooms. They got louder and I finally got out of bed and went to the door and one of them asked me if they were too loud, I replied that they were and he said that they would be quieter, this quieter lasted for about five minutes and then back to loud. I decided to call the front desk, my room telephone had no dial tone, so I used my mobile, only to find out that the office was closed. I just had to bear the noise. This really should not be called a hotel, it is really like efficiency apartment complex for people who are down on their luck and can pay by the month. I did have an refrigerator and table with two side chairs and a two burner cook top, which I did not need or use and would have trade the refrigerator for a couple of pillow cases. I would not recommend this to any one.

They said my hotels.com that I paid was not valid. I had to pay again when I got there after traveling 300 miles. Now I have to dispute the charge. They are awful. They do not care about anyone.
