Birch Hill Suites Kansas City - Independence

Nothing, wasn't worth the stay for what was offered.

Dresser was broke, bathroom door had scratch mark on floor, couldn't shut door right, zero cutlery, 5 towels, small soap, tub filled up at least two inches of water, water was hard to turn on, took awhile to drain, key didn't work properly, check out time was at 9 am. So if you were ready to check out earlier, you had to kill time & report back to check out. If you checked in earlier than 3 pm, you were charged $20, so we left and came back.

Nothing. I have never been so disappointed in my life or stayed at a low level hotel in my life. Booking.com you should be ashamed for carrying this dump of a hotel!

No breakfast. This hotel is a dump. People hanging out in cars late night. Transient hotel. No amenities. A suite with no way to use a kitchen. No pots, pans, dishes nothing. Not even a paper towel. The hotel is old and dated. Rooms are dingy and the floors aren't clean. I had to keep my socks on and they got dirty. Had to ask for towels and toilet tissue. They didn't have any hand towels. Was told they were washing them. There was a roach in the bedroom area and in the kitchen. The last day water started pouring from the bathroom ceiling. Pass on this hotel unless you don't have enough money to stay in a regular hotel.

Nothing much

This hotel is a waste of money. I have never stayed at a hotel like this. The room. Was old and dirty. The hardwood floor was filthy. It was suppose to be a suite but nothing no pots, pans, etc. They do not clean the room. The location was not great. If I could rate as 0 I would. Ran across two bugs. This place is horrible!

Closer to stores and great location

Upon check in to one of our room 325, the room smelled like weed and we couldn’t sleep we had to air out the room the first night by leaving the door open. Front desk was informed and requested for a room switch but the hotel was sold out. The bathroom needs paint in and the toilet seat is loosen.

This hotel is a dump! Advised as a suite but nothing in the kitchen. No nothing. The room is dated with no closet. Floor was dirty. No toiletries. One small bar of soap. Walls so thin I couldn't sleep for the noise. I would not recommend or stay here again!

Big room, comfortable room.

Space in door when closed, air conditioner too close to bed and tv navigation hard.

The room wasn't clean, the ac didn't work well and the room smelled like pee. The floor was very filthy and a hat from someone that stayed previously was still hanging on the inside of the shower curtain.
