"Didn’t even stay at this nasty hotel."

Didn’t even stay at the location someone tried to rob me and my daughters in the parking lot and I still haven’t received my money or my one

Staff, we didn’t care that me and my children try to get robbed in the parking lot is nasty. It is just filthy. I’ve not received a refund because I didn’t even stay at this property. I tried to check in and then try to get robbed in the parking lot and I’m still waiting on response.

"No hot water "

No hot water to shower! They send someone and was told its normal for it to be warm but not hot there . I spent 7 nights with cold showers. Changing the room was not going to make a difference because its their building like this .
