"Bad experience"

We lost power wish couldn't be help but wasn't told anything from staff.room never gotten clean even after the power cam one and bedspread was sweaty. Elevator didn't come back on after power was restored. Neighbors was very noisy outside of our door. Never able to get a first floor being elderly it's was hard carry grocery up the stairs without come again also didn't received my last mail wish was a prepaid card.

Nit much

Lost power on the 9th due to storm. Couldn't stay in room because of heat. Staff wouldn't offer any kind of discount for this situation. Power restored on the 12th. Staff wouldn't make any concessions and told me I could just check out if I didn't like it. Unfortunately, I don't have any where else to go.

"Was my worse experience ever"
