These was no power and no room available. As soon as we arrived, the manager met us outside and sent us home and told to contact Expedia for a refund. She was polite and helpful, but we had driven a long way so it was disappointing to be sent home.

"Very poor, I would not recommend to anyone"

I was unable to check in, once I arrived the entire place was dark, not one light. I was not able to find the front office. I called and called and got no answer. I don’t understand why a hotel would allow people in a stressful situation like having suffered a traumatic experience to book a room knowing there was no power. I have yet to speak to anyone and no one has offered me a refund for my money.

The property had no power after Hurricane Beryl. The only reason I booked a room was to escape from the blistering Houston heat after our home was also left with no power. I would not have booked this if I had known the place had no power. Obviously, we didn’t stay. I’m awaiting a refund.

Its location

Poor Cleanness. Also, the Lift wasn’t working on my arrival. As there were no Concierges to assist. I have to carry my luggage to the 2nd level!!!

On my second night there, a transformer had blown so we lost power in our room, no A/C or lights. They refused to refund me for my room and still haven’t refunded me the $50 deposit they took for the room! We left that night as I have a 4 month old and 4 yr old so we couldn’t be without electricity or A/C in this heat! They told me it’s not their fault it’s the cities so they couldn’t refund me, even though I left around 8pm (waited 2 hours to see if the problem was going to be fixed first).
