Leak in my ceiling for two days said he would have maintenance look at it but when I came back the next day from work he said he “forgot” to let them know. I then pay for another week and on my 6th day of that week he locked me out of my room flagged my account saying I owe 42$ on my account his employee rang me up wrong. I call your customer service line They say the week is 404$ we don’t know why he’s trying to charge you a extra 42$ and she even saw on her end him flagging me for payment. He gave me the option to move out the next day or pay the 42$. I have never paid for a room and then days later lock me out of my room and say sorry we under charged you and you can’t get back in until paying me a fee. Then can’t explain it and your customer service booking line can’t explain it either because I paid in full. (Won’t let me post a video of the leak. But it drips faster in the video.)

Bedbugs and very rude management.

Easy to get to, but that was it.

Bedbugs, would not check us in because it was to close to midnight. Payed for a week but they canceled it on me and charged me for a night. Still waiting on refund after 2 weeks! Very disappointed with the staff. Absolutely rude.

I wish they had breakfast.

Robert the manager stole my money. As he didnt give me a new room when there was no hot water and he lost me as a customer. I canceled my booking and he wouldn't give me my 420 dollars back. He has been reported to the bbb and the police department. Filed a small claim in court for this .

The whole stay was miserable

The location was good for us, since it was down the street from the eagles club, which we were attending a special event.

This place was filthy, I didn't even take a shower before we left , the shower stall was gross, the microwave had coffee spilled in it and leftover crumbs, under the kitchen sink, the cabinet was gross and could tell it hadn't been cleaned, From the garbage canthat was in there. When we showed up that night after our event. I turned on the bathroom light and a cockroach was on the bathroom counter and there was cockroach poop all around the bathroom sink. There was tissues on the floor next to the dresser. The floor was sticky and in the bathroom it smelled like urine. I have pictures to show the condition of the place.
