Mistakenly made reservations at this drug infested location. Place is full of black guys selling drugs, and worse, Got to the room a/c wouldn’t even turn on. They refused to refund, Never reserve here. Unless you are in need of paying for a different hotel on the same night

Staff the worst attitudes I have ever experienced

The women working the desk was extremely rude and very unprofessional. She had an attitude and was no help when we tried to check in our room she told us they had no available rooms and their was nothing she could do about it even tho we had a reservation.

The room was not clean it had roaches and there were stains on the sheets. This place seriously needs to be closed down.

The staff was friendly, the location convenient, and the room comfortable. None of the bad things in the other reviews happened to ME. The parking area was right by the room for easy transfer of my stuff to the room.

First they didn't have any clean rooms. After they made us search the whole property for clean rooms for them. When we got back to the office she mentioned that our booking wasn't even popping up in the system after we went around the hotel complex looking for a clean room.

Tv didnt work. Black mold covering entire bathroom ceiling. Roaches in room.

No refrigerator not very clean,

The hotel clerk gave me the key to a room to check out first before I pay for the room. Well, we looked in the room and the bed was almost on the floor, smelled and wreaked of smoke, ceiling and wall plaster was peeling and the lights were very dim. Of course, I ran to another hotel.

Y'all need to kill roaches have remote controls for the TV I just was not happy
