I got to hotel and they GAVE MY ROOM AWAY.

Horribly disappointing. When a room is reserved in your name, you do not expect to arrive at the establishment, only to discover not only did they give the room you reserved away but, they don't have any rooms left at all. So you know how take the reservation....but you don't know how to hold the reservation?? The holding is the most important part!! Not to mention that I was reassured over the phone that the mistake would be corrected and I would be contacted via phone or email when an open room became available. That was two days ago.. and I am still waiting for any effort of correction at all. I would hate to assume that things like this happen so often that it is so easy and convenient to sweep myself and others under the rug as an insignificant. Sadly, I am pretty sure this was not just an honest accidental mishap, and had no true intentions of making it right, and I wish anyone dealing with this company the best of luck, they're going to need it.

I never complain. This was the worst hotel i ever stayed .best describe a rundown nasty scary place for drug heads,and the homeless, No phone ,no wire fire service, mattress so overworn and dirty, dirty. Floors was even more filty.And the non- smoking room reck so bad with nicotine even spray didnt help .i srayed awake thinking anytime someone was going to break in. Door would barely lock. When i went in to show the tub was stopped up. Gross! Gross! Gross!

Its was dirty the curtains and walls ahd mold on then.the door was broken so no latch on inside.. They only exccepted cash wirh no refunds. Saw many rouches and a egg sac fell on the bed..just wanted to sleep so we could get out of there

The motel was dirty. The room had no toilet paper ir clean towels. One of the beds frame was broken anf the bed was on the floor. It could not be used. The motel also refused to allow the amount to be paid that hotle.com guaranteed. We had to pay more. I think i am entitled to my money back and a free night..

I understood that maid service would be limited, there was none at all. I made my own bed Every morning and emptied my trash every night when I returned. There was no service (television reception/remote, internet, nor telephone). The carpet was stained so terribly I was afraid to take my shoes off. I was truly disappointed. There was no toilet paper for the room. The receptionist stated she had given out the last roll. Oh my!

I regularly stay at economy hotels and have limited expectations, but this was unacceptable. Credit card processor, TV, Wifi were all non-functional with no prospect of repair. Hot water to sink shutoff, every light fixture not functioning except one bulb in fixture over sink. No heat. No bathroom door. No security latch on room door. I had booked through Hotels.com which found me a nearby Jameson where everything worked and breakfast was included for only about $10 more per night, and issued me a credit for the difference. Appreciated Hotels.com resolving their original error in having Extenda Suites on their site.

Filthy and disgusting property. Lots of what appeared to be prostitutes and drug dealers.
