Extenda Suites Mobile North

Place is falling apart. Rotten wood and rusted holes in metal abounds. Staff does not care about your problems. If you need a maintenance issue after the employee (who lives in one of the rims) is off work, tough luck! I was shown one room where everything worked, but after paying was stuck in a bad room with no working lights or tv. Getting moved to a different room was a hassle that took 90 minutes. You have to walk your towels to the front desk to get more, and the room was not cleaned for me. This is more of an apartment complex with long-term residents than it is hotel.

Could not bind my reservation when I arrived I was sent to a Room that was all ready occupied My Room door was unable to open once I had checked in maintenance tried to fix could not had to be moved to another Room

Definition of a ROACH MOTEL. THEY WERE EVERY, BATHROOM LIGHT DID NOT WORK, they claim they’re renovating but they are not it’s disgusting don’t stay

When I booked They said they served continental breakfast and they didn't. The room was dirty. The bed was comfortable. Our TV didn't work the first day so they switched us to another room the next day. That room didn't have a remote. They said they were going to send up the maintenance man right away and we waisted 5 hours of our day waiting for him to come. We had to wait because he had to show us how to work the difficult remote. It still didn't control the on , off or the volume. We feel that we should get one night refunded.

This hotel was nasty!! Filthy nasty! We got there and got the last room with a king bed, very hot no air on, the front of the ac unit was broke off and the filter had not been changed in a LONG time. There was no toilet paper-just an empty brown roll that no one took off, there were smashed dead roaches on the walls so when I checked the dresser there were LIVE roaches crawling everywhere. The mini fridge had been unplugged so there was a big puddle of water in the floor and the bathroom light barely even come on. When I went back down to the office she could not refund my money ao we had to stay somewhere else. The next morning we stopped by there and spoke to the corporate manager supposedly and she also said she could not refund our money for the room we couldn’t even stay in. I called and left a message at the number she had given me and no one has returned my call still. So I will be calling back again! That place should be shut down. Filthy dirty nasty and unclean is what that hotel was and is.

My original assigned room was a room without power, no bedding, and a gas mask. After getting that redone, my next room had a strange odor, the tv did not work, neighbors were insanely noisy, and numerous patrons were openly smoking marijuana. I felt so uncomfortable with my stay I left aprox 3am about 4hrs after checking in

After booking, getting confirmation number and confirming again prior to arrival, we arrived to NO ROOMS AVAILABLE!!!!! Desk clerk stated they were overbooked. She had initially put the blame on Expedia however when we inquired with Red Roof Inn (across the street) they said Extenda Suites is ALWAYS OVERBOOKED even on regular weekdays!! Red Roof Inn says that is how their rooms fill up quickly because Extenda Suites does this on a REGULAR BASIS. They offered no discount, rain check, or attempt to help assist in getting us in any other place either!! Not a care in the world for our inconvenience!!! I plan on letting EVERYONE I KNOW ABOUT THIS!!

Never got to stay . They claimed internet was down do they couldn't pull up reservations & had already given my room to someone else that was willing to pay more for it
