The person that checked us in was nice but the room had roaches crawling in it, there is no ice machine, the room smelled like old water, the pillow cases were dingy and the cover had cigarette burns in it

Overall it could have been better. The room was not complete. The TV didnt work the bathroom needs to be redone. There were roaches. Spots on the bedding. You could see the box spring under the mattress. The outside need to be clean. It was not a safe or comfortable place. I check out earlier i didnt even stay the entire weekend.

Nothing at all it was horrible their was roaches and no remote to the tv

My stay at extended suits was horrible no shower Curtin in bath room, only 2 towels 1was cloth, when ask for more towels I was told when you use those bring down Rhett dirty towels and than u will get more clean towels small amount of tissue in the bathroom no telephone in the room so if u needed anything use your own phone and to top it off there was a roach crawling on the table there was holes in the wall now there was 1....only 1 thing that was good about the room there was a nice refrigerator in there not a small on a medium magic chef I said ok this a start....... Not lol I think I would have had a better nite stay under a bridge on a cold winter nite thanks but no thanks Extended Suits never again.... Stay at your on risk.

I booked the room for a 5 night stay; there was NO room service, not even to empty the trash. The first day, I complained about roaches. I was told that they would spray and later confirmed that something happened. On the 3rd day, I asked the front desk attendant why the trash had not been emptied; I was told my trash day is on Monday and there are trash cans on each floor near the stairs for guest use. I said, I don't live here therefore I shouldn't have a "trash day. Regarding the small trash cans at the stairs, by the way they are over flowing their trash day must be Tuesday". She explained to me that they have residents and that might be the reason for large amount of trash. I said, "I am a guest not a resident." I informed her that if the trash was disposed of properly, the roach problem would decrease.

My reservation was cancelled and resold without contacting me....the staff was very rude and locked us out of the lobby....manager refused to answer the telephone or return calls....card was still charged and received an email stating I'd checked in....sounds like fraud!

As respected of a company as Hotels.com is, you should really take this particular hotel off of your list. This hotel is not clean at all. The staff was very unprofessional. My check-in stated 2pm but the hotels assistant manager told me I had to wait until 3pm. When I checked in, the lady first gave me a key for my wife and I to check the room out. We went up and at first glance felt it would do for a 2 nights even though it wasn't what we were used to staying in. I go back down to the office and give my credit card and ID to assistant manager and she swipes it. My wife who was still up in the room pulled back the sheets, bedding and discovered it was filthy and she was just not comfortable staying there or any other room. I told the lady less than 2-3 minutes of her swiping my card and she said they are not able to cancel and refund me my money. I asked her for the number to home office for her hotel and it was just an answering machine. I was very disappointed in my experience with this hotel but just as disappointed as a member of Hotels.com that you have hotels like this to choose from.

The general manager was very helpful and friendly. The first room she had us look at was under construction for a remodel, everything torn apart etc. The second room she gave us a key for had someone still in it. Then the GM went to multiple rooms to kick people out who hadn't paid so she could make room, because at this point 5 or more other people had come up to the desk to check in and they were all having the same problem we were having. Once we finally got a room, which took 2 hours or more, it was very subpar. There was an occasional bug, some mold on the shower curtain, a loudly running toilet, and a couple other small issues, like us having to get new cards for the door every day. Overall, we got the hotel to spend time around the area, not inside the hotel. It did its purpose for us and that's all we needed. The GM ended up taking $100 off our bill for all the unconviences. Ultimately, I will NEVER be staying in a hotel similar to this again. I usually pick cheap hotels and don't really have any struggle with the lower quality rooms, but this place was the worst. 😔

When we arrived nothing was ready and they had us checking unclean room to choose a room, waited an hour for the room to get cleaned, they left 1 towel and when I went to take a shower I turned on the hot water in the bathroom which caused it to get really steamy... next thing I see roaches crawling out from behind the mirror and smoke detector... This is the worst hotel and they didn’t want to refund my money!

I couldn't stay there because i couldnt get into my room. So i asked for my money back and they said they didn't do refunds so i lost my money. I will never book there again
