Roaches everywhere soap in the bathroom nasty place

It was the worst stay at a hotel I ever experienced. If you're a crackhead it was perfect. The carpet felt like it was damp. The first thing we saw when we entered the room was the face covering of the a/c on the floor. Past guest rag was still left behind. The towels was spotted yellow. The pillow cases were dirty. Holes was in the wall. The toilet ran all day n night. My husband went down to ask front desk (because there was no phone in the room) why the cable wasn't working. She said, oh some of the rooms are under renovation and that's why it's not working but that why we gave you the room for $5 cheaper. Even though she didnt tell me that when I was checking in. It was absolutely horrible!

When we checked in it was more than advertised and when we got into the room it was filthy! Toilet had poop on the seat and along the rim!! My family and I didn’t even bring our belongings into the room. We slept there only be our hotel that was reserved wouldn’t let us check in until the next day at 3 and we were exhausted after being stranded with a flat tire on the side of the highway for 2 hours!! NEVER STAY HERE!!!!

Didn't stay no one was at front desk I called multiple times never checked in. No one answers phone.

The tv didn’t work n d pillows was flat

Did not stay...I cancelled so I cant say. I did not need the room as I thought I did.

It was full of holes ,no amenties no wifi no hot water. People standing all outside hanging over rails.

The front desk person was great. Very friendly and helpful. She honored my online rate even though it was incorrect. The room was clean, but the furniture was dated and scratched. Some of the wall sockets didn't work, so had to unplug unneeded appliances for plug access. The room had Dish, but the remote didn't work. The blackout curtain was torn and off track.

When we arrived there was trash cans and bags overflowing outside of the door to my room as well as a nasty refrigerator sitting outside of my door that you could smell all the way downstairs but because my children and I were very tired and needed a place to sleep we went ahead and took the room but we would never go back
