Property was excellent for the price.

The owner was friendly and so nice. Easiest check in ever. Every was ready when I arrived. I asked for an early check in and they accommodated me. It was just perfect from the beginning to the end

We recently spent 7 wonderful days at Tres Marías Luxury Suites, and from the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was exceptional. The staff was amazing—friendly, welcoming, and always available if we needed anything. They truly made us feel at home throughout our stay. Our suite was comfortable and well-appointed, and the bed was one of the most comfortable we've slept in while traveling. The views were absolutely beautiful, and we especially loved the rooftop pool and lounge area. It was the perfect place to relax, take in the scenery, and enjoy Puerto Vallarta. The location was ideal for us. Since we enjoy staying out late, all of our favorite clubs, bars, and karaoke spots were within a block of the property. The beach was also just a short and pleasant walk away. We honestly have nothing negative to say about our experience. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would gladly stay here again. Thank you to the entire Tres Marías team for making our vacation so memorable!

Large, well maintained, clean comfortable apartment with 2 bathrooms, private patio, in suite laundry, nice well maintained pool and roof top area.

Actually when we arrived at Tres Marias, the host offered us an upgrade to a nearby sister property, Francisca Suites. The unit was 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in a newly renovated 4 story building with a roof top pool and lounge area. The second floor unit was brand new and fully equipped with a washer and dryer. Located in a quiet Cul de Sac and a short walk to shops and restaurants. There is no elevator so it would not be recommended for those who cannot or do not want to climb stairs! Daily maid service is a plus! She was very good.
