Amazing location, view, pool, rooms were very clean and tidy. Full kitchen for cooking and large fridge.

The room was beautiful, spacious & clean.

Not much sun light but it wasn’t a big deal. I still enjoyed it

Wonderful staff, excellent service and great location. The suite was very comfortable and clean. The assistance provided when I had a crisis was so appreciated. Loved the rooftop pool.

L’appartement no7 est situé à l’arrière avec une vue ÉPOUVANTABLE depuis le salon et le balcon! Nous voyageons beaucoup, et c’est la pire vue que nous ayons jamais eu. On a jamais utilisé le balcon trop laid! Il faut savoir que seul les étages 4et 5 offrent un intérêt. Nous étions au troisième .horreur! C’est scandaleux de facturer 230$ pour ça! Il manquait plusieurs éléments dans la cuisine: bol à salade, ,cuillères de service, passoire etc.

The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. They were very helpful as well. The suite was very comfortable and spacious. The location was perfect, very close to the best of the Zona Romantica.

Nothing major. The instructions for getting in could be a little clearer. There was some street noise, but that's normal for Mexico.

Spacious room, 1.5 baths was great, washer dryer was a big plus, bed was comfy and pool/rooftop was also nice and not busy during our weekday stay

Nothing about the property itself but the neighborhood is rather noisy
