Tres Marias Luxury Suites - Adults Only

Nice and clean suites right in the center of the Zone. Plenty large enough for a couple, with 1.5 bathrooms and a washer machine. Memo the manager was so kind and helpful, we really appreciated his interest and good heart to help. Yes, the street facing suites can be quite loud on weekends and holidays. We arrived on Halloween and it was wild out on the street all night, but was much quieter by Sunday and Monday nights. The bed was very comfortable, bathrooms are clean. Two televisions are in the condo, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. For what it's worth, the street side suites are even numbers, odd number suites are toward the back away from the street.. Management does their best to accommodate requests, but there are only 11 suites to work with. Would we return? Absolutely! Thank you Memo and Team Tres Maria's.

Street noise. Sofa was a bit hard.

We really loved the size of the unit and how it was tastefully furnished with all the kitchen amenities needed. Located centrally in the romantic asone close to all our favorite restaurants. Enjoyed the rooftop pool and sitting areas a great place to cool down and just relax.

We had a ground floor unit that didn't have any View which was a bit of a disappointment but very comfortable Garden area to sit out side and relax.

the manager did a great job with checking us in. Very friendly and helpful. Great food right outside the front door.

Nothing really. The automatic door unlocking was a little tricky sometimes.

Great location! The layout of the apartment was very nice. Super comfy bed and soft sheets! The water pressure in the apartment was great and the u it was super clean. Great view and nice little balcony to drink coffee on in the morning or watch the sunset over the bay. (I was on the top floor). A/C worked great and every unit had a coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc. Water pressure in the bathroom was really good considering I was on the top floor. The staff were very friendly and attentive with cleaning. I also loved the rooftop pool. Nice area with another great view! All in all I would be back! This is a great place in a great location!

This isn’t really a dislike but more of something worth considering. Keep in mind this is a centrally located apartment near the water and all shops and restaurants, so there is going to be noise. That being said, the property is located right next to a church and bells went off later into the night and early morning. I didn’t notice them while I was sleeping (maybe they don’t go off in the middle of the night or I just slept through them). It didn’t prevent me from sleeping and actually loved the sound during the day.

I didn’t like the location, even that is closer to a lot of restaurants. The street food trucks that are outside the building are really dirty.

My husband and I stayed here for 6 nights in June (low season). The room was spacious, comfortable and had exceptional facilities, everything we needed for our stay. The location is great! A short stroll to the waterfront, and a heap of bars and restaurants (all LGBTQIA welcoming) on your doorstep. Also the main strip of street food vendors is on the door step! Some Amazon tacos pastor and the rest! As other reviews have mentioned, there is some street noise, especially closer to the weekends, but this didn't bother us (we live in a big city so accustomed to night life noise), request an odd numbered room to avoid the street facing one's. Staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming! Highly recommend 👌

This was a wonderful rental for my parents while they were visiting Vallarta. We were met by a very friendly receptionist, the room was immaculate, spacious, and in a great location. Overall a terrific experience for my parents.

The property was very private and well maintained. I especially appreciated the good sheets , pillows , bedding in general. If you want a quiet sophisticated place to stay in the middle of everything. This is the place.

The only thing that bothered me was that on booking.com the room claimed to have a sea view. There are no sea views at this property. As with many properties , I found it bizarre and frustrating that a refrigerator with a water filter and ice maker were not actually hooked up to the water line that was clearly installed. From a functional design standpoint the kitchen was not what one would expect. Perhaps provide more ice trays , have an ice maker on site or don’t buy a refrigerator with an ice maker and filtered water dispenser. Wasn’t a deal breaker. But it absolutely made my decision to relocate to another property . I did find this to be common. Even in high end condo rentals. Bizarre. Misleading and not functional if you actually want to use your kitchen.
