Tres Marias Luxury Suites - Adults Only

The staff were excellent and they accommodated my requests. The suite was wonderful. The rooftop is Instagram worthy perfection!

The video/buzzer at the front gate didn’t operate properly or the instructions were unclear. Standing alone on the busy sidewalk with huge luggage, I finally emailed them and luckily someone saw it quickly.

The staff was very helpful and lovely. The suite was as advertised and clean and well appointed. However, somewhere along the way our reservation was lost. It took over an hour to get into our room. This is after a long day of travel and going through customs, etc. Obviously this is unacceptable and needs to be corrected.

Fantastic location in a lively spot without being too loud. Rooftop space for afternoon drinks. Very comfy bed. Great size suite with ample space with additional separate toilet. Everything on your doorstep with tasty tacorias right outside

A sign for the door to either ‘Do not disturb’ or ‘Clean the room’. This would stop embarrassing moments with housekeeping. Additional shower gel would have been great - not the the miniature bottles. But that’s being really picky!

Score: 8/10 Liked: The hotel was a good value for the money and the space itself was nice and comfortable. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was very convenient and made the stay much easier, especially for a longer visit.

Could be improved: The view was of a building next door, so there wasn’t much natural scenery. Also, there is a market with vendors directly in front of the hotel, and some of the smells were quite unpleasant. Since you have to pass through this area every time you enter or exit, it did impact the overall experience. Overall: A solid option for the price with good amenities, but the exterior surroundings and lack of a view detract somewhat from an otherwise comfortable stay.

Always try to stay here when in PV. Convenient and just right amenities.
