Had a very bad time could not sleep the whole room was infested with cockroaches

My stay was excellent. Loren was very courteous and provided exceptional attention and service throughout my visit. Her kindness and willingness to help made a big difference in my experience. I will definitely return and highly recommend this place. Mi estancia fue excelente. Loren fue muy cordial y me brindó una atención y un servicio excepcionales durante toda mi visita. Su amabilidad y disposición marcaron una gran diferencia en mi experiencia. Sin duda volveré y lo recomiendo totalmente.

Las toallas no sirven están feas y manchadas tuve que comprar toallas y apesar de que la habitación no era para fumadores el olor a cigarrillo era demasiado fuerte al parecer han fumado ahí

For some reason the staff wasn't as good as expected. They were just so slow for a check-in. And when I sent my nephew to my room to pick something up I forgot to bring back to my meeting card wasn't working and there was a whole ruckus of them not giving him a new card therefore I had to leave my business meeting go back get a card to go back to my meeting I thought it was ridiculous even when I called it was ridiculous I did not like the way it was handled and I feel it should have been handled differently since I wasn't even in the same town

For the past 4 months there have been swarms of roaches crawling around my hotel room. I keep bringing it up to management. I can only imagine what the other rooms look like but I keep my room spotless and my food is securely shut and kept in a closed bin. This is very unsanitary yet this is the first time I am bringing it up to you all because I have no other choice. I asked management “so I am supposed to sleep w roaches?” And the the rude boy said YEP. He never lets me talk to management! Red roof in Edison is disgusting!
