The hotel appears to be undergoing major renovations. Reminds me of an overpriced Motel 6 property that’s 30 years old. Lobby was closed. The room did not look anything like what The promo pics on the website displayed. Extremely poor management and given the fact this place is sandwiched in between two Marriott properties that are newer and in much better condition, I’d stay at one of those properties.

Front desk made us wait for even rooms are nasty

This is not a hotel appears they rent to Section 8 or some other government kickback. We were woken up by the neighbor with the panic button about 5 or so, then he kept doing it! It was not the cleanest had a bad odor of someone not bathing Go else where

I had an extremely bad experience here. Not only was there cigarette burn holes in my sheets, I also found a live roach crawling around near the sinks. When I went to turn in the hotel key I made a complaint and the guy at the window told me that they would have to send pest control to see if there was an infestation and then they could ONLY give back 10-20% of the money that was paid for the room which is absolutely ridiculous. It doesn’t matter if there’s an infestation or not, there is still a roach crawling around my stuff. I told them I had put a clear cup over the roach and they would see it when the room was “cleaned” and they still said basically it is what is it. If I could give this a 0 star, I would.
