BEWARE!! Very unfriendly. They gave us keys to a room being lived in (looked long-term) by a family. Then said they have no more double rooms available, but told the Expedia agent that they would not give a refund because they had issued us room keys.

I loved staying here! The room was bright, spotless, and very comfortable. Everything worked perfectly, from the WiFi to the air conditioning. The staff were attentive, and Martha in particular made me feel valued as a guest. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I will definitely come back!

What a nice place to stay! The atmosphere there was calm, the linens were fresh, and the shower had great water pressure and temperature. The location was perfect for getting around without hassle. The staff were welcoming, and Martha in particular made my stay enjoyable with her professionalism and warm attitude. I’ll definitely book again!

Christian was the only good thing here. I checked in on June 10th the roo. Had a broken toilet to within 5 minutes of arriving i was already back at the front desk. I was given the key to another room that was occupied so I had to go back to the front desk again this time he gave me the key to another room in another building this room. Had a busted lock like someone kicked in the door and the room was filled with roaches. We went back to the front desk explained the situation and kept our original rooms since there were no more rooms avaliable. We asked for a plunger so we could use the bathroom in our room. At 1 am people next to our room started screaming fighting and kicking the doors. The next day we had drug dealers and junkies doing drugs infront of my door where I could not leave the room, we made a complaint to the front about finding a roach in our room and the noise he did nothing. The last night we did not sleep roaches were every where my husband went to the front desk and the guy working overnight kept repeating he can't do anything come back 9-5 during business hours to speak with management. He also stated the manager rarely comes in. We stayed up all night watching our kid sleep and keeping our belonging from getting ruined like our food from the roaches. In the morning when we checked out we were informed Martha the assistant manager decided to give us 15% back on our stay and refused anything else she had Christian tell us because she obviously does not know how to do her job and speak with paying customers. I have gone back and fourth with red roof inn guest relations manager Madison V who refuses to uphold redroof inns guarantee which is illigal, a guarantee is a legally binding promise. That sums up our hellish 2 night stay.

Hotel is disgusting and infested with roaches. There are residents there who smoke weed, prostitution, and other drugs. Police have been called to the property numerous times due to numerous disturbances and altercations. As a Marine Corps Vet, my family and I was not satisfied with our short stay, we had to move to another hotel and we requested the owner to provide a proper solution but the staff and owner just ignored our issues.

This place was exactly what I needed for my road trip. Right by the highway, easy in and out. Martha at the front desk is a gem, so sweet and professional. Housekeeping keeps the rooms clean and smelling good every day. Highly recommend staying here.
