Metro Apartments on Bank Place

Self-contained apartment had everything needed for 6 day stay. Great location near bars & restaurants. Friendly & helpful Manager. Would definitely stay again.

The apartment was clean, well priced and it is well located for trams and restaurants but there were a few issues. No milk was supplied for tea and coffee and when I asked the lady doing the rooms I was told they don't supply milk. There was no extra toilet roll in the bathroom and the front desk is not manned on the weekend unless someone is checking in (not the case in our stay). The kettle was dodgy, worked intermittedly. There was no manned desk for most of our stay and the suggestion was to send an email if there was an issue. We had to buy milk and toilet paper. Another issue is it is very noisy at night as there are pubs close by and then in the morning the industrial bins are collected. Disappointing considering it was a longer stay in Melbourne

Close to everything. Easy checkin and checkout. Nice and clean but smaller than led to believe in pictures. No milk provided even though tea and coffee were.

The rooms were exceptionally clean and had everything from a dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, heater. Close to southern cross station and multiple tram routes, lots of shopping and dining options and to top it off the staff are so personable and professional!

Restaurants near by were great. Loved the Roti Bar!

Nice apartment, very comfortable for 2 adults.

Overall, had a great stay. Apartment was perfect for the two of us, and the location made it so easy to walk around Melbourne. Some fantastic bars within a few metres. Check in was very pleasant, and prior correspondence to confirm our booking was fantastic. We had stayed here pre-covid, and we will certainly stay again next time we are in Melbourne.

Exceeded our expectations. Did not not expect a fully serviced apartment in the heart of the city. Close to trams and shopping district.

Lovely staff, the apartment was clean, only negative was the shower over bath and the fact that it could so with some updating.

Not the newest or freshest place I have ever stayed but clean, great location, great value for money, good amenities in the room and helpful staff. Would definitely stay again or recommend, particularly if you are after a place for a longer stay in a good part of the city that won’t break the budget.
