Metro Apartments on Bank Place

This is a great place to stay if visiting Melbourne- very central within walking distance of most things, very well kitted out and with mostly very helpful staff. The only downside was the wifi which was dreadful and could so easily be sorted. I do hope they will as this will make this an Excellent. Peaceful in that it is a virtual cue de sac but also has good pub within spitting distance - Mitre.

If you're a light sleeper and you're planning to stay there on the weekend, it's best you find other places cause there's a night club nearby. But that did not bother us actually. There's a few steps to climb before going to the lobby so if you're in a wheelchair, this is not for u. Location was perfect. There's tons of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. There's also a 24-7 convenient store just around the block.

Great apartment with everything that you could need for an extended stay. Great location near the city and transport. Tuck away from the noise but close to many restaurants and food outlets. Lovely staff and friendly service. I would highly recommend this lovely place to anyone.

Leaking water from air conditioner and carpet was wet or stained

Very simple budget hotel. Room was smaller than I expected and smaller than others in this price range. Location is very good.

Good place centrally located for a weekend away. Stairs could be an issue if you have mobility issues. Also no direct car access. But this means it is quiet and you get a fun laneway to go out at your doorstep:)

Location was great, bed really comfy, staff so lovely

I stay here when working nearby in Melbourne CBD, perfect location, good rooms, value-for-money also & freindly effective staff if any issues arise (rarely). I have been here also for quick holiday wekend & even better experince.

Good value for money for city centre and if you book direct you get a 1 bedroom for the price of a studio. Windows needed a good clean and the bathroom was also quite grubby, rest of apartment was OK. Wouldn't stay more than one night but great for just a place to rest your head on a weekend visit

Brilliant location, courteous staff plus I received a upgrade. Very satisfied. I shall be recommendibg the Metro establishment in the future to all who require CBD accomodation.
