Metro Apartments on Bank Place

Okay, a bit noisy and the street outside unkempt. Looks a bit of a run down area even though its very central.

The apartment was in great position to Bourke St Mall. Short walk from the Southern Cross Railway Station. Price was so reasonable. An older style apartment but very clean. In amongst the eateries. Worth staying at.

The place was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Very central location and we felt safe in the hear of the Melbourne CBD. A stones throw from Southbank and Bourke St Mall. Happy to recommend this place if you are looking for something simple and clean. Excellent value! Carolyn

Great location friendly staff, everything we needed for our short stay

Location is great. Easy access to shopping, transport, main train station, restaurants, convenience stores. Room was a little dated but clean & king size bed really comfortable. There are about 6 rather steep steps to get up to reception so this may restrict easy access for some people.

Very convenient to CBD and Sye bus stop. The front steps and entrance door was awkward to get in with suitcases.

Very friendly staff and in a great quiet yet central location in the city. The Mitre raven is across the lane which has been a favourite place of mine for many years. I was pleasantly surprised with the size of the apartment.

Great central location with easy access to town. Room had everything we needed with kitchenette and was neat and tidy. Staff friendly. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
