Metro Apartments on Bank Place

Reception staff were extremely pleasant helpful. Location excellent, quiet and close to shops, bars and restaurants. Good value for money.

The noise was horrendous! The surrounding venues didn’t close/finish until 4am. The property was kind enough to give us ear plugs but some information before booking would have been good since I was having a night in the city with my 8 year old son (and we were never going to be partying until the early hours of the morning!!).

The noise from nearby nightclubs was horrific until 5.00 am in the morning. The set of earplugs we were given upon arrival were useless

Amazing reception staff, friendly and efficient. But property is well past useby date. Still it is quaint. Bed was horrible, hard base no topper. Bathroom small but adequate. Very noisy from 3am with seeming endless rubbish and bottle cleanout in Bank Place.

Quiet area, close to all trams and shopping. Convenient location.

These apartments are in a great location. There is plenty of public transport available and local food places etc to go. The apartment had everything we needed and very nice and neat. The only feedback was that the mattress was a bit hard and probably needs to be replaced. The staff were awesome and so polite, even when we had to get reception to get us a new key at 11pm because it was lost at the function.

It was very a small room and quiete noisy from outside and cold...but reasonablefor the price.

Was given an Amazing Room with large Balcony. Decor is a bit dated and could do with an Update, but everything worked as it should, great helpful staff, very friendly and clean.Will stay again. Although one complaint is that it was VERY difficult to find, which could be frustrating to people in a hurry! I think a little more Signage (Street-wise) or clearer Directions (via Website/Email) would help in securing a more positive review.

The property needs a complete refurnish.The blankest still had hair on it. The furniture needs to be completely upgraded,not necessarily expensive but clean

Great price and the spartment had everything I needed for a short stay in town. The only issue was the constant smell of Indian food from the restaurant downstairs.
