Customer service was excellent and made you feel at home. Rooms were large and spacious and the bed was huge. Late checkout was offered with no pressure of time. Location is absolutely perfect right in the heart of the city

Nice old world heritage place to stay in a historic precinct of Melbourne.

Only 1 thing spoiled this stay, strong smell of cigarette smoke in the room. Otherwise, hotel is really well located, basic but clean and very adequate for low cost stay. It had as much amenity as I needed for this stay but spoiled by the smell which gave me a headache and made me feel sick.

Absolutely loved the stay, great service and great facilities. I’ll be staying here every time I return to melbourne. You’ll be impressed by the view and character of the building. Soaps and consumables are on tap so you don’t have to bother with little plastic soaps again.

I highly recommend this place. The staff are very friendly and helpful and go above and beyond. The location was fantastic. I’m now a member and will book my future holidays with them. Give them a call

Close to everything, was used as a stay overnight for a bithday night out with friends

Great place for our shopping trip. One bedroom apartment was well stocked for a short stay. Easy access and plenty of food options close by. Affiliated car park a five minute walk. Will be staying again.

Rushed stay, but staff helpful and pleasant. Location suited our needs beautifully. Room comfortable and clean and we were well accommodated, with everything we needed. Due to Corona virus difficulties, staff checked we had all we needed.
