What a wonderful hotel! My wife and I celebrated our anniversary here and the staff and accommodations were superb. We have been fortunate to travel quite a bit and this is one of our favorites. Do not miss Francisco at the rooftop bar, the wonderful breakfast attendants, or Heraldo our valet who kindly filled us in on the local festivals. We will be back!

Lovely hotel with friendly front desk staff. We got in late on a Sunday pm but were able to get a table at the casual restaurant, Brasserie. I had chicken and friend had carpachio. Both were excellent. The wait staff could not have been better and the head person very attentive. The experience was excellent and I highly recommend these facilities.

This is the first time I've stayed in an Altis hotel and we had a great experience. David from guest services really helped make our stay even better with excellent activity and restaurant recommendations, tailored to what we like. The rooms were clean, bright, well-equipped and spacious. The whole hotel had a feeling of elegance. We arrived to a Jazz pianist playing, and a welcome treat, which made us feel valued and relaxed. Breakfast was plentiful and varied to a good standard. Christian, one of the wait staff really looked after us as well. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel and I would choose to stay at Altis Grand Hotel again.
