La Plaza Inn Los Banos

This is the first time I've stayed at a hotel where the trash cans in the room were not emptied and it looked like the sheets had not been cleaned. Also, there was quite a bit of ceiling paint repairs that were started, but not finished. The neighborhood was fair, nothing to rave about nor nothing to be afraid of.

I am giving Red Roof a 5 start review because its nothing like I expected due to its old reputation. Much better very clean and quite grounds. I will definitely be back. And I am very happy with my experience at the Red Roof Inn

Raj , jay and Linda are the most accommodating and professional people you can hope to come into contact. Big screen televisions in every room, free Wi-Fi and lots of free parking even for RV's.Their maid staff are well trained friendly and make you feel at home. Come here and experience the most excellent service in this lovely little town.

Roach in bathroom, stained chair, broken curtains. Would not recommend

Clean enough room but it takes forever for little ac to cool room and this is a very hot place. Lots of low lifes living there.

not so good. checked in about 11pm, and room was super hot and smelly--would have taken a couple hours to cool off. not so clean. however, staff was friendly, and refunded money no problems.

It was late we needed a dog friendly hotel. liked the king size bed, hot shower, clean room, down stairs and our car right outside our door.

Loud construction going on in the room next door. Grounds were poorly kept. Room was only moderately clean.

My stay overall was very good, the front desk people where very nice.

booked a room for two nights, ended up checking out the first night, had a room down stairs, people up stairs, where very noisy, woke us up, complained to manager, said they would talk to them, nothing got resolved , wouldn't give us a another room, so we back up our things and left
