La Plaza Inn Los Banos

I extended my stay one more day. While I was in I didn't want the room to be service for the house keeper carries a dog with her all the time. I've notice how the dog is let be on the bed. I chose to do my own cleaning and I only requested clean towels. One of the towels had urien from the dog and the house keeper didnt know when her pet wetted the towels.

Not a happy travler when You book online nd when I check in I'm billed all over again .

We got our reservation booked through Expedia day before we came. Somehow the reservation was booked to the 5-6th of September instead of 6-7th of September. I'm not sure whose to blame, myself or Expedia. We got to the front desk of The Red Roof Inn in los banos and after the employee on the front desk could not find our reservation she called Raj the supervisor. She told me that she's sorry but it's a business, and they need to run it, and if I want to get a room, I need to pay for one more night. I asked for the main manager and she told me he has a personal life and he is not here. The time was 10:30 pm not too late. After 10 min of talking she sent him an e-mail and he answered that it is not his fault and we have to pay. I tried to ask Raj to understand our side and I told her that I won't write a positive review when treated like this and she was threatened by this and immediately turned aggressive and told me our coversation os done. I ended up waiting on hold for 40 min with Expedia and they gave me a 50$ coupon to book another night.. This inn has a management humanity problem. If you want to keep your business running DO NOT TREAT PEOPLE LIKE THIS!!!! I was almost crying while waiting for total an hour and a half. The room we eventually got was dirty.. We got to sleep only at 1:30 am. When we woke up I was actually afraid that if I will not check out by 11 sharp they will charge me for an extra night. Do not go there even if you're on your way.

Never do my clean room and provide clean towel service horrible

If you can overlook the lack of upkeep of this property, you will get ice cold AC, flat screen cable TV, clean sheets and comfy bed. But if you are put off by old furnishings, dinged up doors and baseboards, missing light socket covers, smelly office, and dirty parking lot, this is not for you. But if you just want a cheap place to spend the night, it's comfortable enough.

The bed was comfortable, the T.V. & A.C. worked. The A.C. blew Cold Air. Which was Really Nice after being in 105° temperatures all day. But the Alarm Clock & the Lamps Didn't Work. The Tub was Filthy. There was Long Black Hair in the Tub. I have Short Blond Hair. My Boyfriend has Short Brown Hair. We hadn't even Showered yet. But, When I told the lady at the Front Fesl, her Reply was, "I Don't Care!" Uhmmmmm.... You Don't Care? Really! Wow! She also said she Didn't Care if I left a Bad Review on Yelp. Ok. I Got it. You Don't Care About Your Guests. You should find work you Do care about..Because this job Isn't for You. You Should Care About Your Guests.

My husband, myself, my 8 year old autistic granddaughter and our small dog were traveling from Las Vegas to Yuba City......my husband who is a diabetic senior got lost and it was 2am, we had been on the road for too many hours, my granddaughter had enough and my husband's blood sugar was low so we started looking for a place to stay...the first two were full, another wouldn't allow the dog...so when we came to Redroof inn, we were happy to find a vacancy for such an affordable price. After paying, we were directed to the far back of the complex. I started unloading a cranky child and dog who needed to go pee while my husband got the bags. The beds were made but the bedding, bedspreads and sheets were stained and dirty.......the bathroom had dozens of flies....the toilet and towels looked clean but the bathtub was very dirty. The office said that was only room available and there were no refunds....they asked if I would like ice and when I said yes I was given a frozen bottle of water, what!? I observed several young men sitting on stairs smoking Marijuana on my way back to room......We put towels over pillows and slept on top of bedding with blankets from our car and left first thing in the morning without showers or baths....it was disqusting.......it was inexpensive, allied the dog and I couldn't keep looking for a room at the hour with a cranky autistic kid but I would never stay there again, I would not recommend this place to anyone

The room was dirty .. the shower in bad condition .... the bed sheets had yellow stains and other stains that I don't really want to remember.. so I had to go to my car a get a cover that I always carry with me lay it on top and sleep....

Owner is a rude person.
