I was absolutely appalled by this hotel. The smell of something rotting was SO pungent I threw up before I got to my room. I had to hold my breath when I was in the hallway. It was absolutely overwhelming. There were also what seemed to be long term renters there, migrants, with kids running all over the place, in the parking lot, all around the hotel and in the grass area.. Shortly after arrival the fire alarm went off- a kid pulled the alarm. In the evening someone kept roaming the hallways. We also had someone pounding on the ceiling at us when we got up and moved around our room. This is one of the most uncomfortable stays in a hotel I have ever experienced in my life. I just wanted to get out of there!

No ice machine, says breakfast is provided but it is literally prepackaged muffins, granola bars and oatmeal with coffee and hot chocolate. Our fold out couch had no bedding so when asked for bedding we got one pillow and a flat sheet. No sheet on the mattress. The room next to us played load music all night and finally had to call and complain after 10 pm. When we checked in the person didn’t explain anything to us not even how breakfast worked. The fitness center was also closed down and we were Not made aware of this. No coffee pots in the room even though it’s a full kitchen. Just overall not a good place to stay and I paid over $100 a night.

It was close to the surgery center. Great location.

The bed was tiny.

Staff was very helpful. Bed very uncomfortable bed!! Queen is more like a double size. Room spacious, overall clean enough. Hallways smell and have the feel of an apartment building. Room too bright though during the night. Enjoyed the ready to go breakfast option.

Room was nice except it was booked as Deluxe double Queen, only had 1 Queen and a pull out couch. Otherwise it was nice, staff was very helpful Pet friendly

Check in was great! Friendly & efficient staff. The location is near great restaurants & recently reopened Bel Air concert venue. That was the good, now the bad. They seem to have a significant number of longterm live in families. There are no normal Extended Stay amenities. When i went to the front desk, i asked for plates, sliverware, cup and such. I walked away with 2 red silo cups. This hotel is worth the price becuse of it location

It was verh spacious and it was nicely looked. But there were crumbs that flew out of the pull out bed couch. The floors were very sticky when we walked in as well. Which was weird.

This is a VERY outdated hotel. It smells terrible.
