We made the reservation and paid in full because we knew we would be a late arrival. It turned out with the rain from Oklahoma to Chicago. We were very late. It was after midnight. The front desk was closed when we arrived. There was no real night staff. We did have a phone availability to try to call them. They told us that they he worked totally booked and had no rooms, but they did find a room ultimately for us. It was uh, not a great checkin experience

Nothing really the sheets were clean

The dust everywhere, the couch bed was broken, stains on the walls, garbage behind the side tables, cob webs, rude staff in the morning, dirty stove, stained carpet

I liked the location and the staff

2 locations too close together causing me to get lost. And room was stained outdated and holes in the tub with stains in the shower

We liked that the room came complete with the kitchen essentials which other places do not offer.

Room was dirty, floor had stains, wall was also dirty, fridge and microwave also dirty and had an odor. Bed uncomfortable. I will not return.
