NO trash/garbage can in bath or kitchen NO coffee in room or front desk --- c'mon man!

There for a basketball tournament. Things were clean, and as pictured. Had to ask for more towels, but was able to get them. Was late checking out but no hassles.

I was very disappointed, we paid for 2 adults and two kids . Our kids didn’t had any blankets or pillows for their couch/bed . When we tried to ask for help the lobby was CLOSED , the phone lines didn’t work and there was NOBODY around for help . I called the company emergency line and got hung up. Plus we got charged twice 🥲

Front desk closes at 10pm. If you show up after that, it’s a hassle to get in to the building and to check in.

The staff that checked me in didn't even read the reservation. She talked so fast it was hard to understand her. After she gave me the keys that said 321, I asked her was this on the 1st floor? No on the third floor. She then finally read the reservation and she said that she could possibly fix it. I just took the keys and went out to my car. The Room was too warm 77 degrees and did not cool down. No coffee for in the morning. Will never stay there again.
