"Room was ok but nothing in the kitchen - when I finally got it was of very low standards!"

Location

They wanted extra money to have the equipment to use the kitchen. I rented it because of the kitchen but when I got there the kitchen had NO equipment. Then when I finally got it I got the absolute minimum amount or equipment and that was of a very low quality!

Property was old and outdated. I realize it’s an extended stay but the overwhelming smell of many different people cooking and dogs barking was a bit much. And the bed was god awful. Bathroom faucet was bad. Suggestion would be to have a plug in air freshener or something like that in each room!

"Fraudulent ads of “fully equipped kitchens.” They are worthless."

Staff was friendly.

What’s the purpose of paying for a full kitchen when there are NO DISHES? Not even to rent. To get any dishes you have to BUY them at $20-40. Huge ads ON SITE of “fully equipped kitchens” are fraudulent. Horrible waste of $160. Shame on them. There is not even a coffee maker on the room. AVOID!

"The staff is Awesome"

The General Manager provided excellent service. We arrived from California early and were able to check in before normal check in.
