Worst place to stay

Staff was great. Room had some maintenance issue

Condtion of the room was awful.customer service is not good. Need to train your staff to be respectful to their customer. The air condtioner did not work, I had a hard time sleeping it was so hot.

This is the worst shiz hole I’ve ever had the displeasure of staying at. The night we checked in- we were in town for a concert so we got in late. We were told at check in that there would be no one there after a certain time but all we had to do was call and someone would answer. After getting from a concert at Merriweather one of us from the group had to go to the bathroom. The toilet wouldn’t flush right and ended up getting stopped up. When we called for a plunger it took forever to get one and then we had to go get it -‘after waiting for someone to answer the call for almost five minutes. We had four of us in a room- we had a room with two doubles and a pull out- but no linens. We had a full kitchen but no coffee maker. And no breakfast offered at the hotel… I’m the morning we got up the first one taking a shower came out saying the bathroom was flooded- the shower head is not on right and sprays the whole bathroom- it got all, TWO (yes 2, for 4 people) towels wet, the walls, the toilet, the TP, and even the bathroom mirror soaked. She tried to go down and report it only to find out no one even comes in until 1000. So, with no showers, and no one there until 10 we had to delay our start for the day. When someone finally came in and we were able to report the shower head they wanted to move us- after already being late for the day’s activities. So we told them that to which they said well we will look at it but no guarantees. Seriously. This place sucks butt! And it has the absolute worse customer service. And I’ve been all around the world. Shizzlehole.
