Extended Stay America Select Suites - Columbia - Gateway Drive

The room was filthy, carpets dirty and had a terrible oder, only one towel, couldn't reach front desk or anyone who worked there till morning, hvac system sounded like a truck in room, got up to use restroom, turned on lights only to see roaches scattering , roaches around door and in plastic instructions was so uncomfortable had to leave this property..front desk person said she'd have to ask her manager and investigate. Not an acceptable answer for this. Called booking.com agent was so helpful . Found me another hotel as it was my nieces wedding weekend.

Absolutely NOTHING

Nothing it was not clean and the entire place smelled of smoke, and it was supposed to be non smoking. The stove was broken and inoperable. The door looks like it had been punched in and what even is that in the tub?!!!

My stay at Extended stay Columbia Md, Eli Whitney Dr. I was impressed in the way the staff greeted me like open arms. The front desk personal: Sophia, Eunice and Lolamon where very helpful and I must not forget Mr. Maintenance (Selvan) and the Housekeeping crew, great job! The room was clean and comfortable alone with the common areas. Keep up the Great Work!!!!!

The room was not cleaned, the cabinets in the room were rusted and chipped. The bedding had black spots on the sheets. There was red hair under my pillow which my mother or myself dont have red hair. I had my dogs there and the location has fleas i found a couple on my dogs body. I asked for additional towls and was told I had to pay $1.75 for extra towls. The manager at the front desk was very rude and would not issue a full refund. I am very unhappy with my stay & will never book there again!
