The bed was clean!

No breakfast available even though it was stated in the description. Apparentley it's changed hands and booking.com have not updated their system! Tired fixtures and fittings, smelt of cigarettes and damp. Shower curtain rail hanging off, half the lamps didn't work, no toiletries..........

This is not a hotel, people live here and it’s very weird. I’ve had to stay here twice for work and both times I was placed in the same dirty room with the same stains and smells. There are pets and I have watched as one of the animals lift its leg to pee on the wall in the hall. The owner did nothing but continue walking. There are nothing but weird smells coming from every room as people are allowed to cook in these rooms. I don’t ever plan on going back nor do I recommend this hotel to anyone. It should be removed from this site as it definitely doesn’t meet the requirements to even be listed as a hotel.

The location.

When I and my family arrived, the toilet in the room didn't work. The woman at the front desk was about as indifferent as could be explaining that there were no more rooms available and "it was Labor Day weekend." Therefore, if any of the guests had any maintenance needs, they were screwed. I had to find another reservation at the last minute at a higher-priced property. I asked for a refund and eventually received it.
