At check in the instructions to contact the front desk which was closed were not working. The front desk clerk was nice. The toilet was broken and although originally offered a different room, we were then told they were sold out. They eventually allowed us to use the staff only bathroom. The pull out sofa had no linens and the mattress was disgusting and extremely worn out. There were zero amenities except two plastic cups. The room was filthy and we all left with bug bites. There was no breakfast as advertised and we were told the front desk didn't open until 10am. The instructions to turn the key back in for the bathroom were incorrect and I was told to leave the key in our room as there was no one from the staff on property yet. I then got a call a hour or so later to say I didn't leave them the key and I needed to return it immediately. There was no communication apparently between staff. I anticipate a full refund as that's what the front desk girl offered.

This property is like a glass of lukewarm water when you want an icy cold Coke.

The location

No toiletries, no change of towels or bed linen unless you pay extras for them. Forget about cleaning. Absolutely poor services all round.

I liked the size of the room. It was spacious.

First of all, when we arrived after a 9 hour drive, the employee at the lobby told us that they have no free rooms, the hotel is full. I ask how this is possible because we not only booked through booking.com but also prepaid. Another employee tells me that it's first who asks, first served policy. Then, I was offered to contact hotels in the neighborhood without promising me anything, and even less to offer the same price. Finally after phone calls, the employee tells me that they have a room. Here are some of them: 1. the toilet kept getting clogged and we had to hold us several times because there was no one at lobby to lend us a plunger. 2. When we booked, it was stated that breakfast was included, but this was not the case. 3. Reception didn't open until 9 am. 4. We saw several cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom. 5. The room smelled really bad, but we couldn't tell what that smell was. 6. The employees were not very friendly. No one said hello if we didn't say it first for example. 7. Room cards stopped working and we had to go to reception to get them to work. So if it happens before 9 a.m. you have to wait to go in your room. ...And even more.

No breakfast served, no coffee, Nothing in cupboards in kitchen, no iron/ironing board, unsafe feeling
