I had to wait at the front desk to check in for a good bit but i was alerted to why by a fellow guest so that didnt bother me much. The staff was friendly. But this place definitely needs upgrades and repair. The elevator sounds horrible. The room looked presentable until i went to turn the shower on which displaced hair on the shower floor that i didn't see originally. Because of that, i skipped the shower. I didn't complain to the front desk because I just wanted to go to sleep. The bed was okay. Price was economical.

Nice people, decent environment. Very run down and old. Whole place smells like cigarettes. Not nice enough for the price. Close to concert location. Otherwise wouldn’t go back.

Decent room value

The size of the room and all the things available to use. Having a full size kitchen , bathroom and bedroom was wonderful. The staff at check in and out made things very easy and

The lack of cleaning. The hair dryer smelled and looked like an ashtray. The ironing board was very dirty and it smelled like cigarettes even though I had a none smoking room and the iron was just like the hair dryer it looked like an ashtray. I specifically said no house skipping and someone when in my room even though I said no, the reason I know is because the bathroom rigged like cigarettes and again I don’t smoke. Also I was freezing in the shower I wish some sort of heating would had been nice.
