Extended Stay America Select Suites - Raleigh - Cary - Regency Parkway South

Our bathroom was not the cleanest. I had to ask for a trash can and reservations was made for 3. But they only wanted to gave us 2 towels and 2 wash cloths. When asking for a towel and wash cloth for the third person we were told they may have to charge. I had to explain that we had a reservation for 3 and they even copied our drivers license. He ended up giving us the towel and bath cloth but I felt like l should not have had to explain.

We had a wonderful time and got back to the room later than expected and had to call and get our room key override to get in the gentleman came quickly and we got in our room in no time I will be staying again

Excellent retreat for an excellent price! Awesome and welcoming employees, great rooms that include an oven, range, dishwasher, sink and full size fridge!

My bed comfy

Guest bed (couch)only had sheet no pillow...no blanket or cover of any sort. Front desk wanted 20 dollars to provide linens. The couch bed was completely worthless as springs were poking out. Front desk was closed at 10:15pm & it took 30 minutes to locate staff and check in.

this place is discussing , so dirty they give you only two towels and if you get there after 10 pm you are on your own because there is nobody in the loby for any emergency or anything at all . i would satay away from this place , the street is cleaner than this place

I couldn't even check in when I got there. There was no one in the lobby, tried to call and no one answered. had to book another hotel. lost my 95 dollars

There were no sheets nor pillow cases. General room cleanliness was poor with hairs throughout bathroom and toilet was not clean.
