The first floor rooms are ok

The staff, the games the staff play, the way the staff and manager purposely rip guest ok off! They have stolen several guests property, they stole my deposit by saying I was smoking in the room when I literally have a heart problem and have a little EKG monitor inside my chest so that my heart is being monitored at all times so I definitely have never smoked and they said I was smoking and wouldn't give me back my deposit, the rooms bathtub wouldn't drain so they gave me a plunger and told me to plunge it down myself, after 45 min of plunging I said forget this took them back the plunger and was pretty mad so they switched me rooms but not until the next and then woke me up early as hell 6:30 am yelling at me to leave that in damage the room and now the bathroom wouldn't drain! All the staff that work there are goofy as hell , theives, liars, and do drugs with guest and manager is big heavy lady and she's worst than the regular employees and I wouldn't trust my enemy to stay there. Very bad bad bag place

The person at the front desk gave some lady that knew my name and room number a room key!

Please stay away. Manager Robbie is completely incompetent. We made a reservation two months in advance, and we were told our first payment would be high due to it having the first pet fee being 20$ a day for each cat (then will lower to 10$ for the rest of our stay). When we arrived on our date of the reservation, we made sure to confirm with the manager (on Sunday) that our pet fee was included. They confirmed it was. Today 3/29 we asked how much we owe in the morning, and they tell my girlfriend it will be over 700$. That they did not include the pet fee for the first week. (My main complaint) I am flabbergasted for the unprofessional in the establishment. This issue does not seem it will be solved, so we will most likely go to a different extended stay. Wood spring suites charges a onetime 50$ deposit then 5$ a day for a pet. The rates are sometimes the same, but in our instance will be cheaper staying there then this extended stay. There are other extended stays in the area way better. Please do yourself the favor and not go through the B.S. we did. I have the confirmation letter as proof see below. We asked several times over phone in person if this included the pet fees etc. They confirmed several times. If i could give you the recorded lines they have, I would so you would not be bamboozled. :)

The place had a loud ac unit the toliet lever broke off then we lost power

The place looked bad two beds with one tv that could not work.

Nice room for the money

Bathtub not very clean. Took a shower, water did not drain well
