Extended Stay America Suites - Omaha - West

Was asked repeatedly by staff about what room I was going to. I had people pounding on my door for no reason, weird hand prints on the door that seemed like someone was looking through my peephole. The appliances were very dated and the Tv was microscopic for a suite that big. Granted, it wa only fifty bucks a night so I had low expectations so I guess worth the price? Oh, bring your own ice- they don’t have an ice machine.

Not a thing because your liability employee you had working didn't let me go to my room that I had reserved confirmed and held by my card. Made me leave after I drove all day night, got the last room fortunately because I arrived 19 min after 12am. WHAT?!! WHO DOES THAT??!! A LIABILITY B~ THATS WHO THAT YOU ALL HAVE AS AN EMPLOYEE WHILE SHE went back to whatever she was doing to be honest the way she opened the office door and looked at me it looked like I just woke her up! Wow must be nice I needed sleep too !

I probably would LOVE but the late night hotel attendant, though I had been traveling all day, was beyond exhausted, just drove another 15 min to get there, was confirmed with a confirmation code, got the last room they had. I was asked on website what time I would arrive,mins you thoa was held by my card too. Like I said it was late I put 12am -1am , idk how long it would take me to get there I got to the front door at 12:19 who cares I'm thee I'm paying you have the room I have it confirmed that (I'll reframe from the name I have for her) with her condescending act of she's sweet, not! Straight phony cut throat because it seems like I Disturbed her wouldn't allow me to get the room that I had confirmed confirmation code and was paying for because it was past 12:00 I was like I'm beyond the point of exhausted and give me a paper and tells me to go up the street along with wouldn't even allow me to use Wi-Fi for I could call another place because my phone service was out and I need Wi-Fi to connect to contact anybody you want to talk about Joe that employee is a liability not an asset to extended Stay I probably would have loved my stay there I mean talk about sticking to the ground implementing the rules it was the point though 19 minutes late why was I asked when would I arrive and I already had it confirmed I already had a confirmation card number and I was paying cash on top of that too as for first time experience I'll be my last time experience if it was me and I was up for Management corporate I'd be telling that employee kick rocks were better off because we're about goes fast and like I'm doing right now lesson be learned there should be a little bit of leeway giveaway but I didn't do anything wrong I made a reservation got the last room reserved it got a confirmation number arrived it should never allowed me to make that reservation then if it was to the point it couldn't be upheld.

I didn't stay there, disgusted with expedia and the hotel for the blatant misconduct and poor business ethic

Someone was doing drugs a few doors down from. As a result the entire hallway was covered in smoke from what police believed to be crystal meth.

Wonderful big furnished room at an incredible price. This was a furnished apartment with a kitchen not a hotel room. I would stay here again and again and again.

I asked staff about the sink being blocked up after my first night for 4 days,bl but no one came to check it out . It is still backed up going on day 4, and the water has turned black. It also stinks really bad.

Someone fell asleep cooking causing everyone to have to leave out in the middle of the night. Done if the washer and dryers are broken. Microwave rusting out, refrigerator was dirty there was still a garbage can with rotten food in it, the first room they sent me to, and the ruined smelled of it.
