Franklin Marriott Cool Springs

Awesome place to stay at!

We came for a wedding at a nearby venue. The hotel location was convenient and the hotel itself was fine. However, the food service is another story. Saturday morning we went to the breakfast buffet to find virtually all of the food gone. 30 to 45 minutes after we arrived some additional food was put out, but by that time we were ready to go. The next morning was worse. When we arrive at the “wait to be seated” sign, no one came. Others stopped to tell us they had been waiting on their bill and had seen no sign of anyone to help for some time. We finally decided to seat ourself. We past the server who served us yesterday and she said “go ahead and sit there and someone else will be there to help. No one came and the server we passed spent the next 20 minutes talking to a table with no other servers in sight. This experience just confirms my belief that the quality of Marriott locations has significantly deteriorated since the Marriott family left the business. I have titanium elite status and never experienced any of these issues when the Marriott family was still in charge. Very sad. The hotel itself was clean and pleasant, but the food service is in need of a serious overhaul.

This was a great hotel. Wonderful conference facility. Rooms were quiet mostly, except walls were a little thin.

Super fast and easy check in. Fair price. Good accommodations. Convient location

The rooms were comfortable, we had a fathom toilet. It went off a lot on its own. Hallways were like being in the Arctics. Carpeting in hallways had waves, could easily trip up. Airvents in the hallways were nasty, clogged with dirt. Breakfasts were great, good selections.

The hotel was very comfy and efficient for our stay.

Only read I stayed was for a convention. I would not stay here on MY DIME.

I will definitely be staying at this hotel again. Very nice and roomy.
